Shipping Policy

 Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping within India and to select international locations.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We provide FREE shipping across India

  • Delivery is available only to selected pincodes. Please check availability at checkout. 

International Shipping

We ship to the following countries:
Australia, Bahrain, Canada, Germany, Italy, Kenya, Kuwait, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Oman, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, UAE, UK, USA. 

  • International orders include: 

    • Shipping & handling charges (paid at checkout) 

    • Customs duties & taxes (paid at delivery) 

  • All international shipments are on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. 

 


 

Delivery Timelines

Domestic Orders

  • Delivery within 5–7 working days from order confirmation. 

International Orders

  • Delivery within 7–21 working days depending on destination. 

Express Delivery (India Only)

  • Available for select cities and pincodes 

  • Next-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM 

  • Orders after 2 PM will follow extended timelines 

 


 

 Order Tracking

Customers can track their order status via the “Track Order” section on the website. 

 


 

KYC & Documentation

  • For orders above ₹2,00,000, submission of PAN Card is mandatory. 

  • If PAN is unavailable, Form 60 along with valid address proof must be submitted. 

 


 

Delivery Verification

To ensure secure delivery, customers may need to provide valid ID proof at the time of delivery:

  • PAN Card 

  • Aadhaar Card 

  • Passport 

  • Driving License 

  • Voter ID 

 


 

 Shipping Partners

  • Domestic: Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express 

  • International: UPS 

 


 

 Safety & Insurance

  • All shipments are fully insured until delivered. 

  • Packages may be opened by customs for inspection and resealed before delivery. 

 


 

 Important Notes

  • Multiple delivery addresses require separate orders

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to government regulations or unforeseen delays. 



Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Ornatus Jewels

Ornatus Jewels reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability or stock limitations 

  • Errors in pricing or product information 

  • Issues identified by our fraud prevention system 

  • Any other unforeseen issues that may affect order fulfillment 

In such cases:

  • The customer will be notified promptly if the order is cancelled (fully or partially) 

  • We may request additional information to process or confirm the order before acceptance 

 


 

Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed and dispatched 

  • Customers can track their order status via the “Track Order” option available on the website 

Refund Process

  • Once a cancellation request is received and approved, the refund will be initiated 

  • Refund will be processed through: 

    • The same payment method used during the purchase, or 

    • Cheque, if the original payment method is no longer active 

  • After initiation, the refund amount will be credited directly to your account or sent via cheque

  • Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be accepted 

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or bank
