However, if your experience does not meet expectations, we’re here to help. 🔁 Return Eligibility Domestic Orders (India) Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery Applicable only if: Product is unused and unaltered Returned in original packaging Includes invoice and all original tags In case of: Damaged product Manufacturing defect Incorrect item received You are eligible for a return and full refund. International Orders Returns are not accepted for international orders Exception: Only defective products are eligible for return and refund Issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery Return Process To initiate a return: Contact our customer support team within the eligible return period Wait for confirmation before dispatching the product Ensure the product is securely packed in original packaging Include invoice and required documents Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Return Pickup For domestic orders, our courier partner will pick up the product from your address No return shipping charges will be applied for eligible returns Refund Policy Refunds are processed only after: Product is received at our warehouse Quality check is completed and approved Once approved: Refund is issued to the original payment method If unavailable, refund is issued via cheque Refund Timeline Refunds are processed within 7–15 working days after product inspection Actual credit time depends on your bank/payment provider Special Cases Online Orders Refund processed automatically to original payment source Important Notes Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition Returns without invoice/required documentation may not be accepted Requests made after the return window will not be entertained International Refund Exceptions Refunds for international orders are only processed if: A defective product is received Order could not be delivered due to logistics issues In such cases: Refund will be processed after verification Applicable shipping/custom charges may be deducted
